All UK orders are shipped second class with Royal Mail and should arrive to you within 3-5 working days after a shipping confirmation is received. Please be aware that it may take a couple of days for us to process your order before it is shipped.
If your order is not received 7 working days after the shipping confirmation is sent, please get in touch and we will look into this for you.
We charge £9 for orders to Europe and £10 for orders to the USA/Rest of the world. This may seem slightly expensive but all orders are sent Tracked & Signed with Royal Mail so you can follow your order as it makes its way to you.
If there is any problems that show up on your tracking site then please contact the delivery service before you contact us and send us any correspondence you have received to aid us in locating your order.
During busy periods, such as holidays and sales please be patient, as it may take a few extra days for us to process your order.
Check that your address and postcode are correct before ordering, if an error is made by the customer, the cost of reshipping will be required.
We work very hard to make sure each package is wrapped with care, arrives to you safe and promptly. If this is not the case we will do everything we can to correct this and we appreciate your patience.
We hope that you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days and we will be happy to provide an exchange or refund. All returned items for exchange of refund must be in their original, unused condition. Please get in touch prior to returning an item.
Postage cost refunds
If a product is required to be sent to be replaced due to a fault then we will refund the delivery cost. If the goods are unwanted as opposed to faulty, we are unable to refund the delivery cost for sending it back, however we will refund the initial order in full (including any standard delivery charges) once it has been received.
